You can view and download envelope and field data from any in process, completed, or canceled envelope that you sent or is shared with you. Recipients who are also full administrators on an account can view form data for any envelopes sent to them from another user on the account.

You download form data to a CSV file. The file contains rows for each field in the documents, with the envelope ID, the recipient name and email, and the field name and any entered value. The Recipient Signed column represents the date and time when the recipient finished signing.

I am building an app using the docusign API and PHP. I have most of this working except I cannot figure out how to download the document. I have been searching on this site and on the Docusign site. Docusign has an example here, that shows how to get a list of docs in PHP, but the downloading does not have a PHP example. In the Docusign REST API docs they explain the method here. But this says the response is "PDF File".

You can find on our GitHub a self-executing package of code examples for the eSignature Python SDK, called a Launcher, that demonstrates common use cases. These examples can use either the Authorization Code Grant or JSON Web Token (JWT) authentication workflows.

It is another spam email campaign used to proliferate a high-risk trojan called TrickBot. Developers send thousands of emails stating that users have received a "secure" document and must review and sign it. This is a scam - the opened MS Word document will stealthily download and install the TrickBot trojan.

The email essentially states that users must electronically sign documents, however, this is a simple attempt to trick them into opening malicious documents that download and install malware. Note that the email contains the logo of DocuSign, a legitimate company. This is very common amongst cyber criminals.

As mentioned above, "DocuSign Email Virus" distributes a malicious Microsoft Word document that, once opened, asks users to enable macro commands. By complying, users grant permission for macro command within the document to run commands that stealthily download and install malware. This malware distribution method does, however, have a major flaw.

The attachment is unable to download malware if it is opened using any software other than MS Word. If the file is opened using another app that is capable of reading .doc format, TrickBot will not be downloaded. In addition, TrickBot targets only Microsoft Windows Operating System and users of other platforms are safe.

More recent versions (2010 and above) of MS Office open newly-downloaded documents in "Protected View" mode. This prevents malicious attachments from downloading and installing viruses. Therefore, using older MS Office versions is risky and not recommended.

Another variant of DocuSign spam email (if potential victims click on "View Document" button - this variant downloads a malicious file invoice_958306.xls - a macros malware that infect computers with trojans):

Follow the steps in 'My Service Center' for requesting Digital Certificates. If you are making a request for a group of users in your department, download the Digital Certificates Bulk Request spreadsheet and attach it to the service request.

Before your digital certificate can be used on your computer, you must download it and save it to a secure location. This will be necessary if you need to install the certificate in another application or on to a new computer.

During this following process, your default browser will open and be used to download your digital certificate. To determine your default browser, please view the video "Finding your default web browser".

If not already open, please open your default browser, then press Ctrl + J (Fig. 12).Fig. 12This will open a list of your recent downloads. Your certificate file will be named "#####_uthscsa_edu.p12", where "#####" is your University username. Depending on the configuration of your computer, it may simply be named "#####_uthscsa_edu".

All computers connected to the campus network are required to have up-to-date antivirus software installed and enabled. University-owned macOS and Windows computers have Microsoft Defender installed automatically. Faculty, staff, and students may download a free trial of Sophos Anti-Virus from -us/edu/umass.aspx on their personally-owned computers.

This is managed by a third party vendor (Kivuto) in conjunction with several software companies. All purchasing and licensing are handled directly via Kivuto. Please select University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from the school listings at and then follow the instructions to register on their site. Be sure to save any download instructions or license code emails you receive from them.

An option to track changes to a fill-able pdf by the signer. Docusign has this option. You can download a sprea sheet and it shows the original values and the final values. So you can compare and see what was changed.

Simply download it, run it (e.g., double click), and the follow the prompts. Before any data is collected, you will first need to click Accept. Note: because the software is executable and we don't currently have the ability to digitally "sign" such files, it may be flagged by your computer as potentially harmful. However, we know it is safe, so please choose the appropriate options to let it run. When the inventory is complete, the results are displayed in a browser and automatically uploaded to SAS IT. After uploading the data, the program cleans up after itself, deleting any temporary files that are not still in use and configuring a final cleanup script (%temp%\cleanup.cmd) to run at next logon. This deletes the program itself and ensures the machine is left in its original state.

Once download is complete, the Mac will automatically uncompress the zip archive, making the script available in the Downloads folder and/or the Dock. Click the script to launch it and follow the prompts. Before any data is collected, you will first need to click Ok. It will then create a file on the Desktop called Report.txt and an encoded version of that in upload.txt, which it sends to SAS IT over an encrypted connection. Finally, it moves both Report.txt and upload.txt to the Trash. 2ff7e9595c
